Abstract
This standard specifies the method for identifying the crystal morphology and chemical composition of autogenic clay minerals in sedimentary rocks using scanning electron microscopes and energy spectrometers.
This standard is mainly used for the identification and analysis of common autogenic clay minerals in sedimentary rocks of oil and gas. The identification and analysis of other autogenic clay minerals can be carried out with reference to this standard.
