Abstract
This standard establishes the representation rules for public information graphic symbols used in signage, specifies the design process, design templates, design principles, and specific graphic design requirements for public information graphic symbols (hereinafter referred to as "graphic symbols"), and further stipulates the rules for transforming graphic symbols into graphic logos.
This standard applies to the design of public information graphic symbols.
This standard does not apply to the design of graphic symbols used in safety signs and road traffic signs.
