GB 24539-2021 Protective clothing—Chemical protective clothing
Abstract
This document specifies the classification, grading, labeling, basic technical requirements, and test methods for chemical protective clothing.
This document is applicable to chemical protective clothing needed by workers in workplaces and during emergency rescue operations.
This document is not applicable to chemical protective clothing used in situations such as firefighting.
Note 1: This document does not specifically set performance index requirements for personal protective equipment such as gloves, protective boots/shoes, protective masks, windows, safety glasses, and respiratory devices, unless such protective equipment is an integral part of the protective clothing and provides corresponding chemical protection performance.
Note 2: The protective objects covered by this document include gaseous, liquid, and solid chemical substances.
