GB/T 32262-2015 Preparation of deoxyribonucleic acid sample for atomic force microscope measurement
Abstract
This standard specifies the preparation method of DNA samples for AFM detection and analysis, including: method overview, experimental materials and equipment, environmental conditions, modification of mica substrates, processing of DNA solutions, immobilization of DNA on substrates, preservation of DNA samples, evaluation of DNA samples, etc. This standard is applicable to the preparation of various DNA samples adsorbed on atomically flat mica substrates for high-resolution imaging and nanomanipulation experiments of individual DNA molecules using AFM, as well as for studying their physical and chemical properties and biological functions. The immobilization of biological materials similar to DNA molecular structures can also refer to this standard.
