GB/T 311.3-2007 Insulation co-ordination—Part 3:Procedures for high-voltage direct current(HVDC) converter stations
Abstract
This section provides guidelines for the insulation coordination procedure of high-voltage direct current converter stations where there are no standard insulation level requirements. This section is only applicable to the high-voltage direct current section of high-voltage AC power systems, and not to converter equipment used in industry. The principles and rules provided are only applicable for the purpose of insulation coordination. This section does not address requirements for personal safety.
