This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general rules, sampling and sub-sampling tools, samples, sampling, sub-sampling, and sample storage for ordinary abrasives.
This standard is applicable to ordinary abrasives. Products in the corundum series and carbide series for non-grinding purposes can be used as a reference for application.
