Abstract
This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and models, naming and identification, as well as common requirements such as materials, appearance, dimensions, quality assurance, packaging, marking, transportation, and storage for rigid copper-clad laminates.
This document is applicable to rigid copper-clad laminates for printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as copper-clad boards).
This document is not applicable to special copper-clad boards such as those with metal or ceramic substrates.
