Abstract
This standard specifies the test apparatus for determining the saltwater resistance of ship paints, the test samples and their preparation, the test conditions, the test procedures, the test results and evaluation, and the test report. This standard is applicable to the determination of the saltwater and hot saltwater resistance of anti-rust paint films and supporting systems on steel hulls.
