GB/T 6609.30-2022 Chemical analysis methods and determination of physical performance of alumina—Part 30:Determination of trace elements—Wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method
Abstract
This document specifies the method for determining the content of trace elements in alumina by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, including the melt sample preparation method and the grinding and pressing method. The melt sample preparation method is the arbitration method.
This document is applicable to the determination of the content of trace elements such as sodium, silicon, iron, calcium, potassium, titanium, phosphorus, vanadium, zinc, and gallium (expressed as oxides as Na2O, SiO2, Fe2O3, CaO, K2O, TiO2, P2O5, V2O5, ZnO, and Ga2O3) in metallurgical-grade alumina by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Other types of alumina can refer to the method described in this document for use. The determination range is shown in Table 1.
