This document specifies the classification of high-temperature alloys and intermetallic high-temperature materials, the naming rules and usage of their grades, the naming method, the representation method, the unified numerical code encoding rules, and the grades and their chemical compositions.
This document is applicable to guiding the revision of product standards and technical agreements for deformed high-temperature alloys, cast high-temperature alloys (equiaxed crystals, directionally solidified columnar crystals, single crystals), additive manufactured high-temperature alloys, powdered high-temperature alloys, dispersion-strengthened high-temperature alloys, welding high-temperature alloys, and intermetallic high-temperature materials.
This document is not applicable to serving as the sole technical requirements for ordering high-temperature alloys and intermetallic high-temperature materials products.
