Abstract
This standard specifies the basic requirements and management guidelines for the premises, facilities, and personnel involved in the procurement of raw materials, processing, packaging, storage, and transportation during the production of beverages.
This standard applies to the production of beverages except packaged drinking water, and it does not apply to beverages that are prepared and sold on-site.
