GB/T 15636-2008 Thickness gauges utilizing ionizing radiation
Abstract
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and accompanying documents for ionizing radiation thickness gauges. This standard applies to ionizing radiation thickness gauges (hereinafter referred to as thickness gauges) that use ionizing radiation to perform non-destructive static measurements of the thickness or mass per unit area of the material being measured.
