GB/T 10544-2013 Rubber hoses and hose assemblies—Rubber-covered spiral-wire-reinforced hydraulic types for oil-based or water-based fluids—Specification
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for five types of steel wire-wound reinforced hydraulic hoses and hose assemblies with a nominal inner diameter of 6.3 to 51 mm. This standard applies to HFC, HFAE, HFAS, and HFB water-based hydraulic fluids that meet the requirements of ISO 67434 with a temperature range of -40 °C to +60 °C, as well as ISO 67434-compliant HH, HL, HM, HR, and HV oil-based hydraulic fluids. Among them, the applicable temperature range for the 4SP and 4SH types is -40 °C to +100 °C, and for the R12, R13, and R15 types, it is -40 °C to +120 °C.
