This part of GB/T 11446 specifies the instrumentation method for measuring particulate matter in electronic-grade water.
This part is applicable to the continuous or single-detection counting of particulate matter in electronic-grade water, with a measured particle size of not less than 0.05 μm and a particle concentration range of 0 to 10,000 particles/mL.
