Abstract
This standard specifies the dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of high-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled steel plates and steel strips. This standard applies to high-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled steel plates and steel strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips) with a thickness not exceeding 100 mm and a width not less than 600 mm.
