Abstract
This document specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, labeling, packaging, and manufacturer's information for self-priming filter gas masks, and describes the testing methods. This document is applicable to gas masks based on the self-priming filtration principle. This document is not applicable to self-priming filter gas masks used in oxygen-deficient environments, underwater operations, escape and fire-fighting hot zones.
