GB/T 30707-2014 Testing method on adhesion of fine ceramic coatings—Scratching
Abstract
This standard specifies the test method for confirming the bonding strength between ceramic films and substrates by scratching the ceramic films with a diamond indenter.
This standard is applicable to films with a thickness of less than 20 μm. The test method can also be used as a reference for films with other thicknesses.
