GB/T 25198-2023 Heads for pressure vessels
Abstract
This document specifies the types, design parameters, and manufacturing, inspection, and acceptance requirements of heads used in pressure vessels made of steel, non-ferrous metals (aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys, zirconium and zirconium alloys), and composite plates.
This document is applicable to hemispherical, oval, disc-shaped, spherical, flat-bottomed, and conical heads used in pressure vessels, where the blanks are either whole plates or spliced plates, and the heads are manufactured by stamping, spinning, rolling, or segmental forming.
The manufacturing, inspection, and acceptance requirements of heads used in atmospheric pressure vessels and other pressure-bearing equipment can also be referenced to this document for implementation.
