Abstract
This document stipulates the requirements for an enterprise's intellectual property compliance management system. This document is applicable to enterprises with the following circumstances: a) owning intellectual property related to their main business; b) establishing, operating, and continuously improving an intellectual property compliance management system; c) improving the level of intellectual property management; d) seeking evaluation of their intellectual property compliance management system from external organizations. Other organizations such as public institutions and social groups may refer to the relevant requirements of this document for implementation.
