GB/T 7251.2-2023 Active

This document specifies the specific requirements for complete power switchgear and control equipment (referred to as "PSC-complete equipment" in this document, see 3.1.101), as follows:
——Complete equipment with a rated voltage of no more than 1,000 V AC or 1,500 V DC;
——Complete equipment with a rated frequency of no more than 1,000 Hz at the input terminal;
Note 1: Frequencies exceeding 1 kHz are considered high-frequency and require additional requirements for insulation coordination, see GB/T 16935.1—2008, section 5.3.3.2.5.
——Complete equipment for indoor and outdoor use;
——Fixed or mobile complete equipment with or without a casing;
——Complete equipment intended for use with equipment for power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy conversion, as well as equipment for controlling energy consumption and data processing;
——Complete equipment designed for special use conditions, such as those used on ships and locomotives, provided they meet the relevant specific requirements.
Note 2: IEC 60092-302-2 includes supplementary requirements for marine complete equipment.
This document applies to complete equipment used in photovoltaic design (PVA). The characteristics, specific use conditions, and requirements of PVA are described in Appendices DD, EE, and FF.
This document provides supplementary requirements for PSC-complete equipment used as part of machine electrical equipment and possibly applicable in addition to the requirements given in IEC 60204-1.
This document applies to complete equipment designed, manufactured, and verified once or completely standardized for mass production.
The production and/or assembly may not be carried out by the original manufacturer (see GB/T 7251.1—2023, section 3.10.1).
