Abstract
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry methods for determining the migration of bisphenol F and bisphenol S in food contact materials and products.
Method I, liquid chromatography, is suitable for determining the migration of bisphenol F and bisphenol S in plastic materials and products used in food contact, coatings and coatings used in food contact, and paper and cardboard materials and products used in food contact.
