This document specifies the product code, external dimensions, technical requirements, whole machine inspection methods, random documents and special tools, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for high-speed gear transmission devices (hereinafter referred to as "gear devices"). This document is applicable to gear transmission devices in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy, which are supported by sliding bearings, have gear profiles that comply with GB/T 1356, and have a minimum speed of 3,000 r/min for small gears or a minimum circumferential line speed of 30 m/s for external meshing involute parallel-shaft cylindrical hard tooth surfaces. Other similar high-speed gear transmission devices can refer to this document for implementation. This document is not applicable to gear transmission devices that are integrated with other rotating equipment such as prime movers or working machines.
