GB/T 23312.3-2009 Enamelled round aluminium winding wire—Part 3:Polyester enamelled round aluminium wire,class 130
Abstract
This part of GB/T 23312 specifies the general requirements for single-layer lacquered aluminum round wires with a polyester resin base at Class 130 level. If the chemical properties of the original resin can be preserved and all the requirements for lacquered wires are met, the resin can be modified.
Note: A modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its performance or usage characteristics.
Class 130 indicates the thermal rating, requiring a minimum temperature index of 130 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 155 °C.
The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not necessarily the recommended operating temperature for lacquered wires, as this depends on many factors, including the type of equipment used.
