Abstract
This document specifies the classification and models of wheeled fire extinguishers, the performance requirements and test methods for wheeled fire extinguishers and their components, colors and markings, user manuals, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, and storage. This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of wheeled fire extinguishers and their components used in industrial and civil buildings with a total weight of more than 20 kg but not exceeding 450 kg.
