This document stipulates the overall requirements for informatization of safety management in the gas cylinder industry, as well as technical, system, platform, data, security, and management requirements. This document is applicable to the planning, construction, and application of informatization systems for the design, manufacture, filling and use, and regular inspection of gas cylinders (including gas cylinder cluster devices) with a nominal capacity of less than or equal to 3,000 L, and for gases or liquids with a standard boiling point equal to or lower than 60℃. The informatization of large-capacity gas cylinders used in long-tube trailers and tube-bundled containers, as well as gas cylinders with a nominal capacity of more than 3,000 L and less than or equal to 5,000 L, may refer to this document.
