Abstract
This standard stipulates the basic principles, construction objectives, construction conditions, construction content and technical standards, construction procedures, public participation, land ownership adjustment, informatization construction and file management, performance evaluation, etc. for the construction of high-standard basic farmland.
This standard applies to high-standard basic farmland construction activities carried out throughout the country.
In addition to following this standard, the construction of high-standard basic farmland shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
