Abstract
This part specifies the method for determining the particle size distribution of aluminum powder, magnesium powder, and aluminum-magnesium alloy powder by laser diffraction/scattering. This part is applicable to the determination of the particle size distribution of spherical, granular, and flake-shaped aluminum and magnesium powders, as well as other powder materials specified to use this part.
