GA 1089-2013 Public security risk levels and security requirements for power facilities
Abstract
This standard specifies the security risk levels of power facilities, safety protection requirements, technical prevention system requirements, and system construction, operation, and maintenance requirements.
This standard applies to power facilities such as hydropower stations (including pumped storage power stations), thermal power stations (including combined heat and power stations), power grids, and substations or distribution stations of important power users.
Power facilities such as wind power and photovoltaic power stations, or substations with a voltage level lower than 110 kV, may refer to this standard for use.
