Abstract
This part of GB/T 19902 specifies the requirements for interface services and protocols used to access and edit competency-specific regulations and related templates. These templates are used in the competency-building method defined in Chapter 5 of GB/T 19902.2-2005. The specific services for accessing competency-specific regulations and executing the matching process for these regulations are defined in this part. This part only applies to the interoperability of software units in the manufacturing field, and the interchangeability of software units in the manufacturing field is not within the scope of discussion in this part.
