Abstract
This document specifies the method for determining the changes in color and other appearance properties, mechanical properties, or other performance characteristics of plastics after exposure to solar radiation, natural climate, or laboratory radiation sources simulating solar radiation following glass filtration. The method of analyzing the data depends on whether the performance evaluation tests of the exposed materials are destructive or non-destructive. The exposure tests are conducted under the conditions specified in specific exposure standards.
