Abstract
This standard applies to carbon dioxide used as a food additive, which is produced from carbon dioxide gas generated by alcohol fermentation, carbonate calcination, synthetic ammonia, ethylene catalytic oxidation, and gasification processes. The carbon dioxide undergoes purification, cleaning, drying, cooling, and pressurization processes before being manufactured.
