DB31/T 1292-2021 The conservation and management guidance for expropriating preservation lands of historical areas
Abstract
This document provides guidance on the protection and management of protected areas in historical scenic areas, as well as recommendations on the basics of management, the collection and updating of information on protected buildings, the inspection of buildings during expropriation, the care and management of protected areas, the maintenance and repair of protected buildings, intellectual property management, evaluation and improvement, etc.
Note 1: In this document, "historic scenic areas" include historical and cultural scenic areas, scenic protection neighborhoods, scenic protection roads, and scenic protection waterways.
Note 2: In this document, "protected buildings" include historical buildings, immovable cultural relics, and historical buildings that need to be preserved.
Note 3: For the sake of clarity, "protected areas in historic scenic areas" in this document is simply referred to as "bases".
This document is applicable to the protection of protected areas in historic scenic areas in Shanghai City.
