This document specifies the safety requirements for ultraviolet lamp products [including ultraviolet light-emitting diode (UVLED) lamp products], the evaluation of light radiation safety, and the requirements for the risk level of ultraviolet lamp products. It also provides information on safety measures for users and the corresponding markings of ultraviolet lamp products. This document applies to lamps and lamp systems primarily used for ultraviolet radiation, where more than half of the radiation power emitted in the range of 180 nm to 3000 nm is within the spectral range of 180 nm to 400 nm. If more than half of the light radiation emitted in the range of 180 nm to 3000 nm is not within the spectral range of 180 nm to 400 nm, GB/T 30117.1–2024 shall be used. This document applies to medical diagnostic and beauty equipment or products that primarily emit ultraviolet radiation.
