Note: In this document, "pollution" refers to the contact of corrosive chemical substances (hereinafter referred to as "reagents") with optical and photonic instruments.
This document is applicable to pollution tests of optical and photonic instruments, including those from other fields (such as mechanical, chemical, and electronic equipment).
This document is not applicable to normal production control.
