Abstract
This document establishes a functional assessment for rehabilitation programs for adults with disabilities based on functional, disability, and health classifications, and stipulates the structure, assessment, results, determination of functional levels, handling of special situations, and assessment requirements of these rehabilitation programs.
This document is applicable to the functional assessment of rehabilitation programs for adults with disabilities.
Note: People with disabilities include those with injuries, chronic diseases, and the elderly, among others.
