GB/T 7233.2-2023 Steel castings—Ultrasonic testing—Part 2:Steel castings for highly stressed components
Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements and testing methods for ultrasonic testing of high-pressure cast steel parts.
This document is applicable to ultrasonic testing of high-pressure cast steel parts that have undergone grain refinement heat treatment and have a wall thickness not exceeding 600 mm. For cast steel parts with a wall thickness greater than 600 mm, they can be referenced for implementation if there are no special requirements.
This document is not applicable to austenitic and austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steels. For martensitic stainless steels, they can be referenced for implementation.
