GB/T 10095.2-2023 Cylindrical gears—ISO system of flank tolerance classification—Part 2:Definitions and allowable values of double flank radial composite deviations
Abstract
This document establishes a tolerance grading system for the radial comprehensive deviation of individual involute cylindrical gears and sector gears, specifies the definition of radial comprehensive deviation, the structure of the tolerance grading system, and the allowable deviation values. It provides tolerance calculation formulas for the radial comprehensive deviation when a single product gear and a Caterpillar gear engage on both sides, but does not provide a tolerance table. This document is applicable to gears with a number of teeth not less than 3 and a pitch circle diameter not exceeding 600 mm. This document does not provide design guidance for gears, nor does it recommend tolerances for gear parameters.
