This document specifies the classification, grading, requirements, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of general soft polyurethane foams, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to sheet-like, strip-like, block-like, or cut-shaped soft polyurethane foams. This document does not apply to slow-rebound soft polyurethane foams, high-rebound soft polyurethane foams, and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foams.
