NB/T 10936-2022 Electric heating boiler technical specifications

This standard applies to the following fixed electric heating steam boilers and electric heating hot water boilers with a water medium and a rated evaporation capacity of not less than 0.07 t/h, and a rated thermal power of not less than 0.05 MW: a) Electrothermal tube electric heating boilers: boilers with a rated working voltage of not more than 600 V; b) Electrode type electric heating boilers: with a power range of 4 MW to 56 MW and a working voltage range of 4.16 kV to 35 kV; c) Electromagnetic induction type electric heating boilers: atmospheric pressure hot water boilers with a rated thermal power of less than 0.10 MW (single unit). This standard does not apply to electric water heaters with a voltage of 220 V. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, parameters and model preparation, materials, performance and design, manufacturing, inspection and testing, inspection and testing rules, boiler auxiliary equipment, accessories and complete supply scope, coating, transport packaging, marking and accompanying documents, installation, use and maintenance of electric heating boilers.

NB/T 10935-2022 NB/T 10935-2022 Desiccant Evaporator Technical Specification

This document is applicable to thermal desuperheaters of thermal power and nuclear power units with a single-unit capacity of less than or equal to 1700 MW and a rated working pressure of greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa, atmospheric thermal desuperheaters of condensing steam turbine units of 25 MW and below, and the second-loop desuperheaters of PWR nuclear power stations. Other methods of desuperheaters can also be considered for reference implementation.

NB/T 10941-2022 Small-sized boilers and atmospheric pressure hot water boilers technical specifications

This standard applies to the following fixed gas and liquid fuel boilers using water as the medium: - Boilers with a rated steam pressure of 0.01 MPa to 1.0 MPa and a rated evaporation capacity of D ≤ 4 t/h, and a designed normal water level at room temperature with a water volume of 30 L ≤ V ≤ 550 L; - Steam boilers with a rated evaporation capacity of D ≥ 0.1 t/h but a water volume of V < 30 L; - Hot water boilers with a rated outlet pressure of 0.1 MPa to 1.0 MPa, a rated thermal power of 0.07 MW to 2.8 MW, and a rated outlet temperature of t ≤ 120 °C; - Micro-pressure hot water boilers with a rated outlet pressure of p < 0.1 MPa and a rated outlet temperature of t ≤ 90 °C; - Atmospheric pressure hot water boilers with a rated outlet temperature of t ≤ 85 °C.

Other materials used in stationary boilers can refer to the provisions of this document for factory acceptance inspection.
