YB/T 4192-2023 Iron casting machine
This document specifies the terminology, classification, structural types and specifications, parameters and codes, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of iron casting machines. This document is mainly applicable to iron casting machines that continuously cast molten iron into iron blocks from blast furnaces or non-blast furnace ironmaking processes. This document applies to the main components of iron casting machines, including motors, reducers, active sprocket devices and passive sprocket devices (including tensioning devices), rollers, roller support beams, rails, chain belt devices, and iron casting molds, etc. It does not include auxiliary equipment such as tilting pillars, molten iron flow troughs, iron block chutes, iron block blocking devices, spraying devices, receiving troughs, spray cooling sections, automatic deironing devices, slag discharge devices, iron casting mold drying devices, and dust removal systems, etc.
