Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements, organizational guarantees, and system construction for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in government property service units; the requirements for epidemic prevention materials, the management of property service personnel, the management of personnel and vehicle entry and exit, disinfection and prevention and control management, ventilation system prevention and control management, emergency response, prevention and control publicity, and information reporting; and other requirements.
This document applies to the prevention and control of epidemics during the outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases (hereinafter referred to as "the epidemic") in all levels of government property service units in Shanghai City.
