This document describes the testing methods for the guidance and motion performance of wheeled mobile robots, including:
a) Stopping characteristics:
1) Stopping accuracy;
2) Stopping repeatability;
3) Posture stabilization time.
b) Trajectory characteristics:
1) Trajectory accuracy;
2) Trajectory repeatability.
c) Trajectory speed characteristics:
1) Trajectory speed accuracy;
2) Trajectory speed repeatability;
3) Trajectory speed fluctuation.
d) Obstacle characteristics:
1) Obstacle detection distance;
2) Obstacle avoidance time.
This document is applicable to analyzing and testing the guidance and motion performance of wheeled mobile robots using magnetic tape guidance, optical guidance, laser navigation, inertial navigation, GPS navigation, and composite guidance, and can also be used in R&D trials, prototype trials, or acceptance trials of wheeled mobile robot products.
