Scope
This standard stipulates the credit principles for providing service products to consumers through online transactions, as well as basic credit requirements such as operators, transaction security, transaction integrity, and protection of customers' personal information and privacy.
This standard applies to the integrity self-discipline and credit evaluation of trading platforms and service product providers in the model of publishing information and conducting transactions on self-operated websites or third-party trading platforms, and providing corresponding service products. Other types of online retailing can refer to and adopt it for reference.
Note: In this standard, "self-operated websites" and "third-party trading platforms" are collectively referred to as "trading platforms".
