Scope
This standard specifies the calculation method for the orbital elements of the separation point of the launch vehicle and the payload, including the orbital elements and calculation conditions, the calculation method for the orbital elements, and the calculation method for the error of the orbital elements. This standard is applicable to the calculation method of the orbital elements of different payloads such as satellites, manned spacecraft, and space stations, and is applicable to different orbits such as low Earth orbit, sun-synchronous orbit, medium Earth orbit, geosynchronous transfer orbit, and geosynchronous orbit.
