DB1401/T 19-2023 High-rise civilian building fire safety management regulations

Scope

It stipulates the fire management organizations, fire management systems, fire safety assessments, fire risk control, inspection and rectification of hidden dangers, publicity and education and training, safety evacuation management, fire facilities and equipment management, informatization construction, key area management, plan formulation and drills for high-rise civil buildings, as well as the fire safety management requirements for high-rise residential buildings, medical nursing homes, and catering venues. It applies to the fire safety management of high-rise civil buildings that have been built and put into use in accordance with the law. Other high-rise civil buildings can refer to this document for implementation.
