This document is applicable to the determination of trace element contents in high-purity molybdenum. The measurement range is: sulfur and chlorine from 50μg/kg to 5000μg/kg, titanium, indium, and silver from 500μg/kg to 5000μg/kg, and other elements from 10μg/kg to 5000μg/kg.
