Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the collection and processing of explants, the preparation of culture media, the proliferation and rooting of tissue-cultured seedlings, the transplantation of tissue-cultured seedlings, and the management and nursery of seedlings for the asexual clonal propagation of Xinanhuashu (Larix eriyunensis).
This standard applies to the rapid asexual clonal propagation of Xinanhuashu varieties including "Qingshan No.1", "Qingshan No.2", "Qingshan No.3", "Qingshan No.4", and "Qingshan No.5".
