Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the related terminology, preparation principles, preparation basis, planning process system, content, and preparation steps of the spacecraft development plan process (hereinafter referred to as the plan process).
This standard is applicable to the preparation of plan processes at different levels, including the spacecraft system level, subsystem level, equipment level, and work items (including software), as well as the preparation of plan processes for the entire spacecraft development process, stages, and annual plans, which are divided by time.
