Scope

This document establishes the inspection procedures for modular gravure printing presses, specifies the requirements for the assembly of the wall panels, frames, gearboxes, plate adjustment devices, doctor blade components, drying components, printing units, guide roller devices, air circuits, transmission components, material loading and unloading devices, electrical components, and the requirements for the whole machine test run. It also describes the verification methods for the inspection of modular gravure printing presses.
