Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the scope, normative reference documents, farming environment, pre-farming preparations, farming management techniques, and finished product harvesting. This standard applies to the ecological pond farming of Australian freshwater lobsters; Main technical content: 3. Farming environment 3.1 Site selection: The production environment should meet the requirements of GB/T 18407.4. The water source should be sufficient, with convenient water inlet and outlet, good transportation, and normal power supply. Existing ponds with a bottom layer of unpolluted clay or sandy clay, with an area of 3-10 mu and a depth of 2.0-3.0 m, can be used. The water depth should be 1.8-2.5 m. For large-scale ponds, it is recommended to build stepped ponds and separate ponds for male and female shrimps to prepare for farming large-sized Australian freshwater lobsters. 3.2 Water source and water quality: The water source and water quality should meet the requirements of GB 11607, with a dissolved oxygen level of more than 5 mg/L, a pH value of 7.2-8.5, and a transparency of 25-30 cm. The farming water quality should meet the requirements of NY 5051. 4. Pre-farming preparations 4.1 Pond cleaning, disinfection, and modification: Clean and disinfect the pond according to the structure of the bottom soil, or adjust and modify the bottom layer as needed. For newly built ponds, spread 25-30 kg/mu of quicklime evenly over the entire pond bottom, expose it to the sun for 2-3 days, and then immerse it in water for 5-7 days to stabilize the pH value. For ponds with sandy or gravelly bottoms, use 10 kg/mu of quicklime + 5 kg/mu of calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer, or 3-5 kg/mu of photosynthetic bacteria or 2-3 kg/mu of beneficial bacteria to adjust the bottom layer. 4.2 Water inlet and outlet systems: Set up independent water inlet and outlet ports at the diagonal of each pond, and install filtration and anti-escape devices with a mesh size of 318 μm (6
